Sourcing

We source properties and tenants from a number of providers and are happy to pay individuals and companies for leads that you bring to us.

You may:

  • Bring a motivated seller to us and if we complete in the traditional manor you will receive £1,000 once the transaction has been completed
  • Bring a motivated seller to us and if we purchase the property on a lease option you will receive £1,000 once the lease option contract is signed
  • Bring an aspirant tenant buyer to us and if they pass our checks and move into one of our properties on a lease option you receive £250 upfront and £250 on completion of the purchase of the property
  • Bring an aspirant buyer that passes the criteria for borrowed deposit process you will receive £500 once they have completed the purchase of the property
